How do I become a member??

If you are already an Paico Online Member :

Step 1 : Log in with your Pol Club user id and password
Step 2 : Select your Free gifts
Step 3 : Confirm your billing and shipping address( You can choose a different shipping address if you want to gift a membership)
Step 4 : Pay ( Credit Card/ Cheque / Draft/ COD / Net Banking)

If you are not an existing Pol Club User:

Step 1 : Click here to register
Step 2 : After registering , Log in with your Pol Club user id and password
Step 3 : Select your Free gifts
Step 4 : Confirm your billing and shipping address( You can choose a different shipping address if you want to gift a membership)
Step 5 : Pay ( Credit Card/ Cheque / Draft/ COD / Net Banking)
Your membership number will be sent to you through email and your gifts will be sent to you after the processing of your membership request.

 What are the benefits of becoming a member?

When you become a member of the Paico Online Book & Cd-Rom Club, you become entitled to extra discounts on all your further purchases. The discount may vary from 10% to 25%.

How do I know about the Special Price advantages that are being offered to me as a Club member?

The club price will be shown upfront on the product display page. The reduced price will be shown to you in your Shopping Cart after you login as a club member.

What are the utilities of a membership number?

It serves as your personal identification for placing orders, lodging your concerns , complaints or inquiries with us. It serves as your personal identification to the Book & Cd-Rom Club.

What are the accepted modes of payment?

For mail orders/memberships/renewals, you may make your payment by credit card, cheque/ demand draft , Cash on Delivery , Net Banking etc.

 What is the delivery time for Membership Gifts?

Delivery time for membership gift is dependent upon the place of delivery. Normally, our delivery time varies from a minimum of 3 to 7 days.

 What is the delivery time for Orders?

Delivery time for orders is dependent upon the place of delivery and the availability of books/cd-rom’s ordered. Normally, our delivery time varies from 3-7 days.

 Can I gift books/cd-rom’s with my membership account?

Yes, you can specify any address within India for the books/cd-roms to be delivered. Please mention the complete delivery address and telephone numbers of the person whom you wish to gift.

 When can I start ordering books & cd-rom’s online?

Once you receive your membership number, you may start ordering books.

 What is the mode of delivery?

All orders are sent through Courier services. In case, your town is not serviced by courier, orders are delivered through Express Parcel Post.
