1. Product once sold will not be taken back nor can refunds be made unless products ordered by the customer fails, to reach him within the specified date.

2. Products that are purchased through www.paicoindia.com , unless, paid by credit card, should be paid in advance by DD or Checque in favour of PAICO ONLINE PVT. LTD., Ernakulam

3. In case payment is made through Credit Card, Orders would deemed to be complete and would be executed only if the Credit Card transaction is complete.

4. Delivery will not be made on Sundays, National Holidays or on unforeseen circumstances like Bandh, Hartals or other natural calamities; but orders would be accepted on all days.

5. Products would be delivered between 10:00 Am and 6:00 Pm.

6. On the date of delivery there should be some one present at the place of delivery, to accept the products.

7. The address and phone numbers should be correct and exact other wise it would take more time to deliver the products.

8. Due to some seasonal and regional conditions some flowers, specific varieties, colours would not be available on a specified day. In this event, the florist will deliver similar flowers and container of equal value and beauty.

9. All orders would attract a Service charge and Taxes of 10%.
